Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HovaAFK (the “Service”), provided by Hova Network. By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

HovaAFK provides a cloud-hosted client that connects to Minecraft: Java Edition servers on your behalf. HovaAFK is not an official Minecraft service and is not associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for following the rules of the servers you connect to.
• You may not use the Service for spam, fraud, attacks on servers, denial of service or any unlawful purpose.
• You may only add Minecraft accounts you own or are authorised to use.

Paid plans

Subscriptions bought through Paddle renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Shopier payments are one-time. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for international orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns for those orders.

Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but are not responsible for outages of Minecraft servers, Microsoft authentication or network providers. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms without notice. You can close your account any time by writing to hovanetwork@gmail.com.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for in-game losses, server bans or decisions of third-party servers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
