What we collect

• Account: email address, a one-way hash of your password (scrypt), sign-up IP address.
• Bots: server addresses, Minecraft usernames, macros, webhook and proxy settings.
• Microsoft accounts: only the session tokens issued by Microsoft. We never see your password.
• Payments: plan, amount and provider reference. Card details are processed by Paddle or Shopier and never reach us.
• Chat lines during a bot session are kept in memory only and discarded when the bot stops.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service, prevent abuse and process payments. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

Third parties

Paddle (payments, Merchant of Record), Shopier (TRY payments), Microsoft (account sign-in), Discord (webhooks you configure), Cloudflare (bot protection, if enabled).

Retention and deletion

When you ask us to delete your account, your bots, macros and Microsoft session tokens are permanently deleted. Payment records may be kept where the law requires. Requests: hovanetwork@gmail.com
